If you are experiencing any of the issues listed below use the free java download link and update your java software.
	You get a pop-up box (Connect to www.dleg.state.mi.us) stating that the server Sun ONE Web Server requires a username and password.
	When you click on the icon, a small red box appears and you can not see anything but the red X.
	You can not view images from page http://cis.state.mi.us/bcs_corp/results.asp? Getting an error that states: Document not found (connection timed out: connect)
	Internet Explorer returns a blank page and a message connection timed out when trying to view documents.
	Some of the TIF images display either a series of irregular horizontal lines or as a blank page.
	When trying to display documents you get the following error: Error reading image file no buffer space available (maximum connections reached) gfgfdg
	Saving the file is not permitted.
	If you still have trouble viewing the images, check under the 'Tools' menu, 'Manage Add-ons’, check to ensure that any add-ons listed for Java are 'enabled'.
	If you experience slowness in retrieving images, go to your Control Panel and double click Java, under 'Temporary Internet Files', under ‘Settings’, click 'Delete Files' and change the Disk Space to 100 MB.
	Internet Explorer 8 users should upgrade to Java 6 update 11 as this paragraph below was put out by Microsoft: Older versions of Java may cause crashes and hangs when viewing pages that load Java Applets. This is caused by architectural changes from IE8 to IE7. To resolve this, install Java 6 update 11 or higher. See the Help topic Install Java in Internet Explorer.
