Radiation Safety Section - Statewide Search for Mammography Facilities

• "Registration Number" means the registration number assigned to the facility by the Radiation Safety Section.
• "MQSA Number" means the number assigned to the facility by the federal Food & Drug Admnistration that administers the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).
• "MQSA Certification Type" is either FULL for facilities that are accredited in mammography by the American College of Radiology or PROVISIONAL for new facilities that are undergoing the initial accreditation process.
• "Reg. No." is the mammography machine registration number assigned to the machine by the Radiation Safety Section.
