Driving Directions

From the North

Travel on I-75 South to I-675 (downtown Saginaw). Take I-675 to the Jefferson Avenue/Downtown Exit (the Saginaw County Events Center will be on your right). Stay to the right; turn right on Jefferson as you exit. Again, stay in the right-hand lane; turn right on Tuscola (the second street you will come to). Tuscola is not a through street, but will take you into the visitor parking for the Jerome T. Hart State Office Building. The Bureau is located in the basement level.

From the South

Travel on I-75 North to I-675 (exit 150). Take I-675 to Exit 2 (Downtown/5th - 6th Avenue). After exiting, turn left on Weadock (which is the 3rd cross street). Turn right on Johnson. Turn left on Jefferson. Turn right on Tuscola to enter the visitor parking for the Jerome T. Hart State Office Building.

From the West (via M-46)

Travel on M-46 East to old town Saginaw (will turn into Gratiot Ave.) Turn left on Michigan Avenue. Go about 2 miles to Genesee. Turn right on Genesee Avenue. You will cross the river. Make a left hand turn on Jefferson, and then turn left on Tuscola (runs behind the building) to enter the visitor parking for the Jerome T. Hart State Office Building.

From the East (via M-81)

M-81 West becomes Washington Avenue near GM/Saginaw Metal Castings. Go about 2 miles to Genesee. Turn left on Genesee. Then, turn left on Jefferson. Make another left hand turn on Tuscola (runs behind building) to enter the visitor parking for the Jerome T. Hart State Office Building.

From the East (via M-46)

Travel on M-46 West to Genesee. Turn right on Genesee. Go about 1 ½ miles to Jefferson. Turn right on Jefferson. Then, make a left hand turn on Tuscola. Tuscola will take you into the visitor parking for the Jerome T. Hart State Office Building.
