A Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) is an association or group of five or more businesses that are in the same trade or industry and organized under Chapter 70 of the Insurance Code. MEWA member businesses provide support, services, or supplies primarily to that trade or industry. The MEWA must be formed for a purpose other than merely the sponsorship of an employee welfare benefit plan.

You have the option to enter criteria for the Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement name if you wish.
