Welcome to the SOAHR Decision Library. This library currently contains a selection of decisions rendered by SOAHR Administrative Law Judges in a limited number of contested case areas including those referred by the Department of Labor & Economic Growth, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Management and Budget, and the Office of Children and Adult Licensing in the Department of Human Services. It is our intent to continue to expand the types of cases entered into the library database.

As you can see, a user is able to search the Decision Library by docket, department, agency, party, Administrative Law Judge, date issued, or keyword. From this library, a user can access both Proposals for Decision and Final Orders.
