May -	Memorial Day
July -	Independence Day
September -	Labor Day
November -	National Election Day (every 2 years) Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day Day After Thanksgiving
December -	Christmas Eve Day (December 23 if Christmas Eve day is on a Saturday) Christmas Day The day after Christmas Day New Year's Eve Day (December 30 if New Year's Eve day is on a Saturday)

As a general rule, if the holiday falls on a Saturday, the holiday is observed on Friday. If it falls on a Sunday, the holiday is observed on a Monday.
