If you are experiencing any of the issues listed below use the free java download link and update your java software.
	You get a pop-up box (Connect to www.dleg.state.mi.us) stating that the server Sun ONE Web Server requires a username and password.
	When you click on the icon, a small red box appears and you can not see anything but the red X.
	You can not view images from page http://cis.state.mi.us/platmaps/rs_subs.asp? Getting an error that states: Document not found (connection timed out: connect).
	Internet Explorer returns a blank page and a message connection timed out when trying to view documents.
	Some of the TIF images display either a series of irregular horizontal lines or as a blank page.
	When trying to display documents you get the following error: Error reading image file no buffer space available (maximum connections reached).
	Saving the TIF image is not permitted.
